I'd like to start off by saying that relationship advice on this website is almost 95% absolute garbage.
No one who reads a measly 3 to 5 paragrapbs can know your 6 years of a relationship the way the rest of your friends or I do. I'm your fucking friend dumbass, why didn't you go to me before a bunch of strangers attacked your relationship and told you to run over something minor? These people don't know both sides of the story. They don't know you, they don't know him. I care about you and your SO and you don't need a strangers imput about your very very personal dilemma. I don't even care if it wasn't me, but at least one of your other friends because we all love you, and any one of us can give solid advice. Stop being so impulsive, you're too emotional to have the Internet attack your relationship.

This site is also full of pedophiles, rapists, rape apologists, trolls and generally horrible people. If your friend is posting to this site, you can wean them off to a slightly less toxic community. I understand the appeal of wanting stranger outsiders to evaluate, but this is definitely not the place for your friend to do it. Hope things go okay.
