To get it off my chest I guess. It just seems strange to advertise bully prevention when indeed it’s allowed unless a punch is thrown and someone goes to jail. Can there be more info on it?

excessive bullying often leads to depression, which often leads to either suicide, or the victim snapping and attempting to get their revenge.
Essentially, by supporting bullying, you are directly supporting and encouraging school shootings
