People shouldn't get so mad at the fact that a man is more likely to be picked for a STEM job when women get lower car insurance because they are less likely to be in a crash or speed. It's all based on statics, probability, and facts.

Statistically men are much higher to pick a STEM profession than women are. Apparently there are just a small percentage of women that want to pursue careers in STEM careers.
There was a survey that was taken a few years ago that found that a STEM employer was 3-5 times more likely to hire a woman over a man for a position, regardless of qualifications.
Personally I ve also had enough of this equality crap. I don't want to be drafted for war, or to be made to feel inferior because I choose to stay at home, be a "housewife" and be the one that actually gets to raise/have an impact in my child's life rather than some minimal wage stranger. There is a reason men and women are made/wired differently and there is Zero shame in each sex having their strengths and weaknesses.

Be careful or you will trigger someone sensitive with talk like this. You're trying to win the argument with facts, but don't you know that to the lib mind, facts don't count for much.

It's interesting that a STEM employer is 3-5 times more likely to hire a woman than a man regardless of qualifications.

In high school my band director chose a black kid (the only black kid) for a spot in the top band over anybody else, even though other players were better. She chose him for "diversity".

Lots of job openings in my area are only open to certain minorities in order to diversify fields.

I agree that "equality" has gone too far. I want bridges to be architecturally sound so they don't collapse - not everybody can design bridges equally; if we will continue a competitive society, then the best candidate deserves the job regardless of physical attributes. The liberal path to "equality" seems not to boost the lowly up, but to chop the tallest to their level.

There are far fewer women in STEM, but hiring managers are more likely to hire women for jobs? So then how are women discriminated against?
