My career is making me unhappy and depressed

I’m a 18 year old male, who’s a full time student and part time army reserve soldier. My goal is to be in the fitness or entertainment industry, I haven’t been able to pursue those dreams because of my other obligations I’m forced to do( homework, study, and my reserve stuff) . I’m absolutely unhappy because I haven’t even somewhat worked towards those goals yet. I want to drop out and start pursing those dreams, but I know those goals take time to achieve and I want to have a degree to fall back on just in case it doesn’t work out. I don’t know what to do. I feel so depressed not being able to pursue my dreams, but I don’t want to ruin my future chasing a dream that may not workout.

Are you kidding? No one has a career at 18. And by sticking with the reserve and your education you can get people to take you seriously. Until you've built a foundation there's nothing to "pursue." You can't just show up somewhere with no training or experience and expect to get a job. Get treatment for depression if you need it, and feel fortunate that you have opportunities.
