My boss emails me almost every night late to tell me what a shitty job I’m doing - even though he works me more hours than anyone else

He sends shitty mean emails running people down nightly and nearly in the morning to most of the office. It’s his preferred method of management and has been for years. He’s run off one of our best long term 20 year employees a few months ago, along with two of our star top recruits this year, and two others two years ago.
If I didn’t care about my family and losing the position: I’d tell him what I really thought about his style

Sounds like a drunk to me who gets on computer and rattles on to destroy only thing he has control over !

Start posting on Glass Door about this very topic. Then make sure HR gets a link to the posts. They will address it pretty quickly. You will need to probably forward it to hr from an email address that is not easily tied to you.

I worked at a big company, a new manager came, total areshole and some of the best ppl began leaving. When that happens follow them, look for another job now. He will run you into the ground if you stay. Don't get out, follow the example of the the people you respect that left.
