She's a friendly acquaintance through work and she's cool, funny and interesting. We're in the same department and she's 3 promotions ahead of me. She got married last year and is buying a house with her husband. Most importantly, she is friendly, kind, and a good person.

I thought she was maybe 3/4 years older than me, but today we were chatting and it turns out she's only a year older! I guess I feel a little embarrassed for girl-crushing after her so hard and thinking she's such a grown-up, when really we're so close in age.
