Tell your wife immediately and make sure that she gets tested. It is unlikely that any of your children has it because they've been testing women for 20 during pregnancy for HIV. I have it, when I found out my cd4 count was 4 and viral load was off the charts. I had full blown aids, I got on the meds, now I'm back to hiv, cd4 count is normal at 1500 and viral load is undetectable.

All you do is take 1 pill a day before bedtime and life goes on.
I've had it for 13yrs now and my life is perfectly normal.
