When I was 12-15 I stole hundreds from my dad at a time. He would keep all his money inside of envelopes stashed in my parent's bathroom closet, I just stumbled upon it one day. After taking hundreds and hundreds of dollars, my brother found about 500 of it in my closet and told them. They grounded me and forgave. That didn't stop me though, that kept on going (I'm sure they noticed and they even talked to me about noticing that it was missing but without proof, they couldn't get me in trouble) until I turned 16 and got my own job. I spent the money on the most pointless stuff (including upgrading members on a forum called LeakForums in exchange for credits, so dumb). I've felt guilty about it for years and don't know how to repay my father for doing something like this to him.
