Yes, possible. Never cheat with friends or family. Never cheat with one in the work place. Never bring the other person to your home. Never be seen in public with the other person. Do not text or use your main phone to communicate. If you use your phone and your contact is female, list in the contacts a male name for that friend. Set certain rules on when phone calls or texts can be made to avoid your significant other form knowing. Set up a private email account that only you and the other person can use or see.
Being careful is the key.

And of course if the other peson is a male use a female name as the contact or memorize the others number.

You are an American or maybe British man if you even think about this. For most of the world, it is totally normal and accepted that the man will have other partners. As to women, it seems that most cultures permit some sleeping around but not the monotheistic cultures.

I would rather know , I don’t like the sneaking around behind my back , communication is key , I told my wife if your going to fuck around just make sure I know , if your going to be late or out all night tell me the truth , she has screwed outer that she was attracted to , we just have rules rule one no lies, she has brought guys home and I’ll just go int the spare room and let her soil her oats as they say , we’re happily married, it don’t happen a lot just every now and then
