I keep feeling cats ears, tail and paws when their not there. I act a little bit like a cat at times. I keep having urges to build a den. I just wish I was a cat. I know you get to do all this awesome stuff as a human but it feels too stressful for me. Life would be much simpler as a cat. I just want to be a cat. I want release from this torment.
I know it’s all in my head and it isn’t real. But it feels so real, I’m too embarrassed to tell my therapist about it. I was born in the wrong body. I hate my body. I’m a cat and I was always meant to be one. Help.

If you were a cat trapped in a human body, you'd be too dumb to operate a keyboard or understand complex languages. You wouldn't be able to control a human body either, just be flopping around and drooling.

You shouldn't be afraid to bring it up to your therapist. They have dealt with weirder stuff and the anxiety and delirium will only get worse. Dont torment yourself
