Have you seen this trend of people not using question marks. How would you even tell it's a question. Am I petty for not answering their question. Probably, but is it likely I care. Does my one man crusade mean anything will change.

There are no questions in my post, and therefore nothing to answer.

I would say it's not the use of the question mark that make it a question but the combination of certain words that make up the sentence. Beginning with have,how,am I and does has made your sentences all questions despite no question mark.
