I dress corporate, smile at everyone, never flirt or touched anyone except when shaking hands, yet my older, male bosses always end up sexually harassing me.

Or you could record the harassment , tell them verbally to back off. If you then start to current employment position then takes a dive. See a Lawyer & employ the Me Too program. Equality in the Corporate field is a Fact not to be exploited. All I can say is ... You must be a Stunningly Beautiful Woman to accost such attention. I concur... if you must be Sexualised you may as well get paid for it. Do it on your terms not theirs. Of course unless you do enjoy it.
