I try to get my employees to call me by my name instead of Sir. They think it's because I'm trying to be cool, but it's actually because I get really turned on when they call me Sir.

I'm 25(M) and manage a staff of 12 people, only two of whom are male. They all started calling me sir after my boss made a comment that we shouldn't be so informal. I keep trying to get them to stop, but it's not like I can tell them the real reason. 10 of them are pretty attractive 19-22 year old women, and it drives me crazy when they use that word.

You're focused on what it does to your dick.... if you want to continue that line of thought there's any number of ways to handle it, tell them to get on their knees when they say that, point out that addressing you in that way is a privilege reserved for subs or whatever.
But the real issue is that they're not following your instructions, bypassing your authority and going by what may or may not be an offhand remark by someone up the chain. You need to take back that control from that person (you were given that team for a reason you should insist that you either have the authority or not, otherwise point out that you're not being allowed to properly manage your team).
That is a discussion that shouldn't occur if you handle it directly and effectively. Just as examples, because you should tailor anything you do to fit your situation, when your assets address you as "sir" you might
Give them a stern look: and remind them that you instructed them otherwise.
If you feel the need or it seems beneficial point out that while you understand what your colleague was wanting to accomplish by that statement and fully support that, you;re focusing on the totality of the concept and feel that it's only a superficial demonstration of the true goal, which is professionalism within the organization. Your colleague's intent may be to have everyone conscious of their place withing the command structure by showing respect for leadership./
Perhaps a better way to do that, and expand the intent and the concept would be to demonstrate mutual appreciation and respect by addressing everyone as "Mr." or "Ms", meaning your team member addressing you in that manner but you also addressing them the same as appropriate. That way you not only have followed the spirit of the policy, you have maintained team unity and demonstrate4d to you team that you respect and appreciate them.
Don't mention this outside the team, just do.. It will be noticed but it would be better if that happens after the positive effects have been demonstrated.
That, my friend, is how you outrun the bear.....

There's something to it. One of my hot (and hot mess), beautiful, sexy smiled female friends at the sports bar I go to sometimes calls me Sir when she's had a few drinks in her, and it can drive me crazy, in a good way. She's younger, very beautiful, but tries to be crude at times in effort to shed her rich-bitch upbringing, and hearing Sir come out of her useful mouth can be hot sometimes, especially when she's trying to make a point and puts her soft hands on my arm or chest. Just want to throw her down, fuck her, and tell her..Keep calling me Sir..It gets me hard as fuck for you.
