I do the same in my city and ride a motorcycle sometimes piss drunk, its about being so depressed that you wish something would put you out of your misery, I truly hope you are putting the work in to build your self confidence and beat this thing. You have no idea how special you are and the unique universe you are. Other people destroy this due to their own insecurities.
go find yourself and leave responsibilities that are causing this misery. Also stay away from drugs and alcohol which fuck things up.
