I pretend to be vegan so I don't have to eat infront of people
2 years ago I hit my highest weight f/5'4/205 and that began my strict diet, I was always busy which helped keep my mind off food (sometimes) I would drink about 2 cups of water and around two to three cans of sugar free red bull with zero food for 3-6 days in a row with one free day to eat normal sometimes 2 days and would repeat that routine for a little over two months and I lost 60lbs and when I was happy I went back to normal programming but last spring to fall I gained it all back slowly and when into a depressive state again except I stayed that weight till about may and went back to that exact diet except I take a day off like once a week but barely and now I'm down 45 lbs I'm losing faster than before and the people around me have noticed and expressed concerns so I've claimed to be vegan and they completely believe me and truly believe becoming "vegan" is what is transforming me again.
