I miss my partner so much

He just left for California today. I’m absolutely beside myself. I’m having our baby in my home state to be closer to family and he just visited me for three weeks but I won’t see him again until September and I hate it. Everything I see reminds me of him and I feel so empty and alone without him. He is my best friend and makes me feel better about everything. I’m laying in bed now and the pillow still smells like him and I’m just so sad. I love him so much and miss him so much.
