I let my brother stab me,beat me,steal my paychecks and items, talk shit about me,push me in front of a moving car,pray that one day he wakes up and I don't, he said he wished I had terminal cancer, he talks about me in front of his friends and he tells me all the time that he hates me. I won't tell my parents because I feel like I shouldn't but; I just can't help but feel I should. Our school gives us laptops and he took mine outside and threw it on the concrete stomped on it and I told my parents I dropped it. I wear glasses and he's broken both my first and my second pair. I told my parents that I was just clumsy. I keep defending him hoping that this is just a phase but I'm starting to not think it is. this has gone on for 4-5 years. What should I do?

Your brother is a sociopath and will not change. He will do worse. He might have sex with your s/o. stay away from him and let your parents know what is happening asap. It will be a relief.

they might get him help, and they might also stupidly cover up.

tell your parents you love your brother and you are worried for him because he is making your life miserable.
tell them you are afraid he will make someone else's life miserable, and he might get hurt or killed.
