I have to see a doctor, I’m scared to know what’s going to happen, or what’s already happening to me.. (last paragraph says it all, the rest is how it got to this point)

So in 6 days from now, I have to see a pediatric cardiologist. Ever since I was maybe in 3rd grade I always felt weird sharp pains in my “chest”. I never knew exactly where the heart was located so I would always tell my mom and point to where it hurts. Because of where I kept pointing to, she told me it could’ve been growing pains and so we ignored it for a while, but it kept going on. A few years ago, I went to a doctor (not sure what he was for exactly because It was too long ago) and he claimed he didn’t see any thing after blood was drawn and X-rays and he too said it was probably growing pains and not to worry.
-these pains were as if you were being struck through your heart and the heart rate would increase rapidly and I would tense up and not be able to move, only my upper body, like at all and somtimes even cry with the little energy I was able to get (oddly enough it only happened whenever I am alone). It would leave me breathless even. I wouldn’t be doing any type of physical activities, I wouldn’t have to be thinking of anything, and at random times it’ll trigger.-
I am now 16, and I recently had it happen but this time it felt a little different. I was in the middle of walking in my house and I felt it come on so sudden and i clenched my chest tight trying to regain my breath and make it stop. I was able to walk to my couch but I could hardly breathe or even move. My left arm stiffened and I felt I had no control over my left side for a while. (This lasted about 6-8 mins) Once it calmed down i was able to breathe but not yet move so I summoned Siri by voice activation to text my mom and tell her what all happened. Luckily for me she was on her way and by then I was ok. But immediately afterwards I ended up with a huge headache and pain in my left eye for the rest of the night with little breathing problems.

When I was a teenager I started having chest pains and breathing episodes. Mom said it was growing pains. Turned out I found out when I had a physical with a doctor that recognized I had a heart murmur. It's not life threatening.

If it was life threatening at this point you would not be here. You are going to be fine. Go to the doctor and please follow up with your story so we know your ok.
