I was driving home on a backroad and saw what looked to be an abandoned Shepherd puppy of some sort as I was stopped at a stop sign. I hesitated and thought about taking it to the nearest shelter but the bystander mentality made me think “someone else will do it.” Now I’m concerned for that puppy’s well-being.
