At school he was one of those kids in "special ed" that was just a total punk. Terrible student, most of the teachers couldn't stand him either. He would always try and start fights with other kids, even people that were bigger than he was. Constantly in detention. For some reason he would try and get in fights with me but I mostly ignored him, only had a few minor instances in middle school and that was it.

That was until 8th grade when we were in one of the same classes together. By now the school was trying to "mix" these kids into regular classes, so he was in one of my art classes. He would constantly try and start shit, throw stuff at me, act all innocent when the teacher wasn't looking, that sort of stuff. If I walked by him he would push me or try to trip me.

Our school had a "3 strike rule" against getting suspended. So if you got suspended 3 times, you would get expelled. Detentions didn't count though which is why he racked up so many of those. But, I ended up getting in a fight with him that was broken up by a teacher, and we were both suspended (mine was an in-school, so it didn't count as a "full" suspension because I didn't start it, our school was retarded like that). About a month later, he got into a fight with another kid in my grade, and they both got suspended again. Now he had two and I realized this was my chance.

The day after he got back to school, he was doing the same shit to me again, throwing stuff at me and trying to get into a fight. I lunged over a table and pummeled him into the ground, he fought back, we both got black eyes, the teacher had to call in someone to break it up, etc. Welp, my strategy worked and he got kicked out of school. I never saw him again.

Fast forward to this past year, I saw someone posted something on FaceBook about him. Apparently he had moved to Virginia, couldn't get work because he never had a diploma and basically just bopped around from state to state. Wound up getting arrested for selling meth and almost killing a police officer and now he's in jail for the rest of his life.

I never told anyone that I strategically got into a full fight with him so that he would get kicked out of school. Most people just thought that I got mad and retaliated against him. He didn't have many friends in school, so I never had any problems with other kids he hung out with.
