Getting back to work

I haven't worked in 10+ years. I never went to college or learned a trade . Last job was retail work,in between all that I did night courses in basic computer skills. I was diagnosed with Asperger too. I know its gonna be hard getting back into work with a large unemployment gap. I am kinda stuck in my ways too,so getting back to work will probably be a shock for me too. I am in my late 30s.
