Was trying to buy gas this morning and the pump would not work. Initially, there was some confusion as to which grade I wanted so that would have been a source of the frustration but lack of communication seems to be part and parcel with gas attendance these days, without getting specific. At any rate, I couldn't get the pump to work despite doing it for the millionth time this morning it wouldn't work so I went in and he chastised me and said I should go to a full-service station if I don't know how to pump gas. Finally went to another pump in the establishment and it worked. I felt a strong urge to go back in and give him a piece of my mind because he barely spoke English and his instructions over the garbled intercom system didn't help.
