Flying an airplane over a nudist camp

I had just earned my pilots license and was flying my small light plane over the mountains. I looked down and there were naked people looking up at me. I was about to leave when I heard a slight sound that sounded like a heavy caliber gun going off.
I flew the Hell out of there and landed and I saw some buckshot in the wings and body of my plane. I called the sheriff who went there and arrested the fat bag of a woman who had shot her shotgun at my plane.
She was convicted of assault and spent time in jail and on probation. How was the Hell I to know I was flying over a nudist camp?

This sounds fake. The highest that a shotgun can fire into the air is 700 feet. It is illegal to operate an airplane below 1000 feet over a group of people. So you were operating illegally or you just made it up. I vote for made it up. Even if you were at 500 feet, the buckshot pellets would not have been able to penetrate the skin of the airplane. Not a bad try for a 12 year old, though.
