My parents work all the time. I’m out of the house now and I can basically never call them because they’re always so busy or on business trips. I love them and it’s just so hard because after being raised by nannies and constantly not seeing them because of business trips I sometimes just wish they were around more. But them working so hard has allowed me to take a gap year and go to college with no loans. What they’ve done for me is amazing but I never tell them how hard it is when they get home so late because I don’t want them to feel guilty.
