So when we were younger my sister got this balloon with eyes drawn on it she had that balloon for months she called it hungry and took it everywhere I got mad at here and popped it and disposed of the body my sister cried for days

On her next birthday, buy a similar balloon and put it in a box. Put a message inside telling her about the balloons adventures and that it came back to visit her and then to make a birthday wish and let the balloon go.
