    Change your eating pattern. Buy more veggies and fruit and drink plenty of water. start walking too. you can make it happen.

    You ABSOLUTELY can do something about it, and you know it. The problem some overweight people seem to have is, appreciable results don't come quickly enough.

    Try eating smaller portions, add lots of vegetables and some fruit to your diet, drink water with and between meals, and do light to moderate exercises (vigorous walking in your neighborhood is a great start) for at least 3 months.

    You'll drop about 2-4 pounds each week if you're consistent. As you start seeing (and feeling) the weight come off, you'll be encouraged to keep going.

    You really just to have to make the decision to do it.

    And although I wouldn't recommend it, there's always surgery...

    I kinda have the same problem. Drinking water helps feel fuller. And also eating at a slower pace
